Oil and Vinegar

How can two things that really don’t get along, taste so good?

Want to make your basic weekday dinner fancy?

Make your own oil and vinegar at home.

No I am  not asking you to grow and crush olives.

Buy some good balsamic vinegar and concentrate it by pouring it all out in a big pot and boiling it down to about half.

You might want to go do some yard work (if you have a yard) while you do this.  The stuff can be deadly!
